Updating your Child’s Medical Details
As part of the College’s ongoing care for your child, it is important that you notify us if your child suffers from a known medical condition(s) or has any allergies. If your child has a medical condition that requires a Medical Action Plan, please provide us annually with an Action Plan signed by a Medical Practitioner.
Please also remember to notify the College office if your child’s medical circumstances or emergency contact details change throughout the year. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
