Out of School Hours Care
Before and after school care for Pre-Kinder and Primary-aged children
As a service to families, Belmont Christian College has contracted Camp Australia to provide Out of School Hours Care – OSHC.
Approved by NSW Department of Education and Community Services as a child-care service.
About OSHC
The service operates at the start of the school day from 7am, and from the end of the school day until 6pm. The service operates every school day during College school terms. The service provides a fun program of recreational and play-based activities, with an afternoon-tea snack provided. A quiet area is provided for children to relax and read books or engage with others and express their creativity with a writing and drawing area. Throughout the afternoon, the children are engaged in indoor play, arts and crafts, and outdoor sports and games. OSHC uses a number of the College facilities including a dedicated OSHC room, along with regularly making use of the sports fields and playgrounds.
The service is fully approved, and Child-Care Subsidy may be claimed to offset costs. There is a fee payable per child for this service, and children can be enrolled on a casual or permanent basis.
Camp Australia – Guiding Children’s Growth
We are proud to partner with Camp
Australia to provide our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) program.
Camp Australia
programs are centred on child enrichment, while ensuring a reliable, engaging and hassle-free OSHC
service at our school. Their engaged educators foster a safe, inclusive environment where children
can relax, have fun and grow.
Your OSHC – OSHC that inspires
Your OSHC is Camp Australia’s before school, after school and pupil free
day program, tailored to the likes and interests of each child in service. Camp Australia’s
educators design enriching experiences to inspire your children’s confidence, independence and
imagination. In any one week, they could be participating in science experiments, active play,
creative expression and more - they believe in learning through experience so that each child can
grow.
To attend care, you must register your child.
