Livability of Sydney
In Year 7 Geography students have been investigating what makes places livable. The Year group made the early trek to Sydney for a Geography excursion to assess the livability of Sydney. Students examined the livability of three locations in Sydney through observation, quantitative analysis of facilities available, measuring of sound, light and temperature. Some of the highlights of the day included walking across the Harbour Bridge, having lunch on the waterfront at Lavender and exploring ‘Wendy’s Secret Garden’.
